Anastacia Larmonie

Stacia/Stacia known as Anastacia Larmonie was born in Curacao, and had the privilege to grow up in a musical family. Stacie attended both her primary and secondary school in Aruba. After finishing her secondary school she went on to the Netherlands to follow her studies at the “Brabants Conservatorium Tilburg”, and she also followed her studies in America at the Berklee College of music in Boston.
Anastacia is well known for her solo piano and jazz ensemble performances at jazz clubs, dinners, and private parties. She has accompanied a variety of performers, including Denise Jannah, a Blue Note Jazz Artist, and Nestor Torres, a Grammy Award winner.
She has been a principal founder member of several youth choruses  such as, the first on being  the lollipops(1980-1988), the second group being the Anbojolettes(1990-2000) and lastly the Qualichi voices(2000-2009). Stacia has received different awards such as Ambassador of Excellence in Music Award for her exceptional contribution to the community in the domains of arts/music, Award for outstanding Musical Director (The B.M. Leito Cup) and also the pers prijs with “Latin Touch Quintet in Laren”.

Stacia is currently in the Netherlands, and is putting her 30 years of Music education in good use. She is well known for being a perfectionist in her jazz performances, and training children.
